Refund policy
All sellers on ToolDay are required to offer a seven (7) day power on guarantee giving buyers seven (7) days from product delivery or pickup to test their purchase to ensure that it operates as expected. If the product does not operate as expected, the seller must offer a paid return shipping label and a full refund once the product has been shipped with a valid tracking number.
